We are currently seeking design staff.
*Experience in the field is preferred, and started hiring new graduates for 2025.

<1、Senior Architect>
Completion of a master’s degree or equivalent in architecture and 5 to 8 years of work experience.
<2、Architect>
Completion of a master’s degree or equivalent in architecture and 3 to 5 years of work experience.
<3、Junior Architect>
Completion of a master’s degree or equivalent in architecture with 0 to 3 years of work experience.
<4、Landscape Designer>
University degree or equivalent in architecture, landscape architecture, or urban planning, or master’s degree in a related field.
<5、Interior Designer>
University degree in architecture or interior design, or equivalent of a master’s degree.

Academic background and years of experience is a guideline and will be determined based on actual experience and ability during the hiring and probationary period. Landscape and interior design will be considered in the same way as for architects.

■Hiring Criteria
The applicant must excel in architectural design and various types of design. Able to tackle everything with passion and flexibility. Able to communicate sincerely within the team and with related parties. Experience in design is preferred.
Japanese speaking will be an advantage. English is the main language of communication in the Dubai office. English only is acceptable for the Dubai office.
Main software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign

■Other conditions
Trial period: 2 months in Dubai, 3 months in Tokyo (Trial for those who wish to work in Dubai office from Japan will be conducted in Tokyo office. Details will be provided at the time of interview)
Working days: Monday through Friday
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year vacations, and summer vacation.
(In principle, holidays follow the local calendar, which differs between Tokyo and Dubai.)
Remuneration ： Based on the company’s standard

Allowance ：
Tokyo – Transportation allowance, qualification allowance, position allowance, etc. Social insurance is provided.
Dubai – Transportation allowance, housing allowance, etc. Full insurance coverage Visa application assistance
Other: Maternity and childcare leave, childcare leave, refreshment leave, and shorter working hours may be available depending on conditions.
